What
is guaranteed? Your payment for the order is guaranteed when the seller has GEMM process your payment (credit card or otherwise) for the order, and forward the funds to the seller, who ships directly to you.
What is THE guarantee? GEMM offers a full refund if the
ordered items are not free of defects or damage upon arrival or are
misrepresented in any way.
Also--if you get tired of waiting for your order to be shipped or find
it somewhere else before shipment, GEMM will fully refund your
money.
GEMM guarantees all payments processed by GEMM where funds are collected from the customer and forwarded to the seller. GEMM provides this service to the customer if the seller offers that option. Not all sellers elect to have GEMM process their customer''s orders.
GEMM does not support, endorse, nor is responsible for any sellers who list their catalogs in GEMM. We only offer to guarantee the payment for the order, not the order itself whenever a green shield is displayed.

GEMM will also pay for your postage cost of returning ordered items
to the seller, should that be necessary.
